Payments
Company checks and major credit cards accepted (Visa, Master Card, American
Express, Discover & Paypal). Active Display Company reserves the right to set payment conditions based on the size of
the order, shipping method, and location of the customer. As the manufacture of the products, Active Display Company targets
a customer base of distributors and wholesalers.
Terms
First time orders are pre-paid or credit card only. Bulk order customers requesting 'Net'
terms will need to supply ADC with trade references, re-sale number, and banking information.
Shipping
UPS or Common Carrier Freight are preferred for shipping. Other methods utilized by customers are available
upon request. Shipments are F.O.B. Franklin Park, IL 60131. Drop shipments may require special handling fees depending on
the size of order.
Stock Items
Stock item orders are usually shipped within 2 business days. Displays are sold by the case quanities.
Products listed with no case quanities are items packaged individually. All orders require a $250 minimum order.
Custom Displays
80% of our customers order custom displays. We have designers who specialize in assisting with the
design of new products.
A lead time of 2-3 weeks is required for custom orders.
Sample Displays
Stock: If available, single piece stock items may be ordered.
Custom: All design work and/or tooling related to a custom item
is free. Depending on the type of display to produce, a fee of $100 - $300 may be required for the production of a one
piece sample. This fee will be credited, in full, to the customers account when a minimum order quantity is
placed.
Notice
Active Display Company insures that all orders have been made to the highest standards. Loss or damage
incurred in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. Please inspect shipments immediately and report any irregularities
to the carrier as well as to Active Display Company's shipping department. Do not return the goods. Retain merchandise, cartons,
and packing slips for the inspection of the carrier. All sales are final; returns are at Active Displays discretion, and may
require a restocking fee.
